Introduction about SizeTrac

SizeTrac is a so called ‘penis extender’ device we believe is made in the United States, though we were unable to identify the manufacturer despite a professional and generally informative website.

According to the site, ‘SizeTrac Extender for Penis Enlargement and Peyronie’s Treatment.  The SizeTrac Penis Extender provides a rapid yet healthy increase in the length and girth of the penis and serves as the only proven method for effective, permanent penis enlargement.’

Product Description

The website states, ‘The SizeTrac extension device is extraordinarily easy to use. The device’s plastic ring is fastened to the base of the penis, while a flexible silicone ring is attached to the penis head. Two adjustable bars sit alongside the penis and can be simply adjusted to vary tension from 1.5 to 3.5 lbs. It is not painful and fits every size penis.’

Typical for such products, SizeTrac falsely claims to increase penis size:

‘SizeTrac is a traction device for natural penis enlargement.’

‘All results are permanent, and once you reach your desired length, the device never needs to be worn again.’

‘Results

• Permanent lengthening of the penis
• Permanent increase of penis girth’

‘You can stop dreaming of having a larger penis and finally acheive the results!’

The website states that SizeTrac has been scientifically proven to work, and unusually for such a product, provides extensive references to clinical studies which support the concept of penile traction as a successful method of enlargement.

Product Claims

The site boldly claims that users will experience virtually unlimited gains;

‘You will keep gaining size as long as you continue using the device. Obviously there is a limit to how big the penis can get but the SizeTrac system will make you big as you will want to get.’

Despite the clinical evidence provided by the website, we remain highly skeptical that these devices can effectively augment a man’s natural penis size.  The vast majority of ‘research’ analyzing them appears more anecdotal than scientific, and the idea of wearing one of these cumbersome devices up to 8 hours per day for six months to a year seems wholly unappealing.

SizeTrac is covered by a 180 day money back guarantee, though as the website states the product should we used between 6 months to a year for best results, this is actually a fairly restrictive policy.

Does It Work?

Many male enhancement products claim to be capable of increasing penile size, but short of a surgical operation, this is simply not possible.

Traction devices like SizeTrac and so called ‘penile exercises’ such as Jelqing state that men can expect permanent size and girth increases by employing techniques based primarily on weight training.

However the penis is not a muscle, and does not respond to muscle mass stimulation as a bicep or pectoral muscle would, and the idea of using weights to ‘stretch’ the sensitive tissue of the penis seems no more likely to work in our opinion than hanging those same weights from the tip of your nose would be likely to increase its length.

We therefore do not recommend Sizetrac as a viable male enhancement product and we do not endorse it as an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction.
