Unfortunately in late 2010, the FDA issued a report based on their analysis of Duro Extend which they found to contain Sulfoaidenafil, a derivative of Sildenafil, the active pharmaceutical ingredient in prescription male enhancement products like Viagra.

According to the FDA report;

‘The analogue may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. Consumers with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates.’

The unlabeled use of these powerful prescription medications in supposedly natural or herbal male enhancement products is not only unethical, but illegal.
